John D’Eri co-founded a car wash business with his son, Thomas, in Parkland, FL, in 2013. John started the business named ‘Rising Tide’ so his other son, Andrew, who has autism, can have a job.

John opened a second location in Margate, FL, in 2017. Both locations were a huge success, so in 2022, John opened a third location in Coral Springs, FL.

Currently, they have 90 employees with autism and have hired over 250 individuals on the spectrum over the years.
