Gwyneth Paltrow, 52, flaunts killer bikini body on yacht with eclectic group of famous friends

Gwyneth Paltrow has views from the top.

The actress, 52, was spotted enjoying herself on a yacht in Italy on Thursday.

Paltrow sported two looks while aboard the ship, with the first being a long, black cover up with a gold necklace, matching earrings and a Gucci raffia tote.

Once aboard, the Goop founder showed off her toned physique in a tight, black one-piece swimsuit and black sunglasses. Paltrow donned her long blonde hair down but at one point wrapped a towel around her neck and threw her hair up in a bun.

The “Shallow Hal” star was joined on the luxury boat by her husband Brad Falchuk, 54, and friends Edward Norton, 55, and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, 62, marking an unlikely quartet for their day at sea.

In April, Paltrow revealed her new approach to health and nutrition. In fact, the actress admitted she grew “sick” of the caveman diet, which eliminates modern foods.

Paltrow ditched the ultra-strict Paleo diet, which had her avoiding bread, pasta and cheese for years, explaining on her “Goop” podcast, “I went into hardcore macrobiotic for a certain time, that was an interesting chapter where I got obsessed with eating very very healthily.”

“I really deepened my connection with food and the whole philosophy around macrobiotics which is essentially just how they eat in the mountains of Japan so very local and seasonal.”

Paltrow’s diet consisted of “lots of fish, vegetables, rice, no diary, no sugar etc. I think that period of time I might have got a little didactical about it.”

The Oscar winner previously detailed her daily routine, which is waking up and drinking coffee that didn’t “spike” her blood sugar first thing in the morning, followed by bone broth as her first meal at noon and an early dinner that consisted of “lots of vegetables.”

Paltrow also does an hour of “movement” between her two meals — either a walk or a Tracy Anderson workout — followed by dry brushing and 30 minutes in the infrared sauna.

The mother of two, who founded Goop in 2008, also reflected on why she chose such a disciplined lifestyle.

“I was just so amazed that we had this power in our hands that if we treated ourselves well and hydrated and ate whole foods that we could just feel so much better,” she confessed. “I was sort of intoxicated by that idea and I still feel that way to this day.”

After changing things up again, Paltrow started to get sick of her new regimen.

“Things have gotten a little more complicated with me and longer term with inflammation and stuff. It’s the reason Brad and I became Paleo a few years ago now. Although I’m a little bit sick of it, if I’m honest.”

These days, Paltrow is “getting back into” indulging in sourdough bread and cheese.

“There I said it.. a little pasta after being strict with it for so long,” she teased. “But again I think it’s a good template, eating foods that are as whole and fresh as possible. I don’t think there are any doctor or nutritionist that would refute that.”
