Big Brother 27 Week 8 Power of Veto Winner Revealed (SPOILERS)

WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT BIG BROTHER 27!The Big Brother 27 week 8 Power of Veto competition has been played, and its winner will definitely use it to save herself from the chopping block, shaking up the nominations. HOH Keanu Soto nominated Morgan Pope, Mickey Lee, and Vince Panaro for eviction, with Morgan or Mickey as his target. Keanu was originally hoping to send Morgan home, but then set his sights on Mickey as well.

Keanu informed Vince that he put him on the chopping block because he consistently showed him that he couldn’t trust him. However, he then expressed to Vince that he’d use the Veto on him if he won in order to put Ashley Hollis on the chopping block. Keanu also promised his Final 2 Frenemies alliance member Rachel Reilly that he wouldn’t name her as the replacement nominee.

The Big Brother 27 live feeds revealed that Morgan won the week 8 Power of Veto competition, securing her spot in Jury, and ruining Keanu’s HOH plans. The players were HOH Keanu, nominees Mickey, Morgan, and Vince, and Kelley Jorgensen and Lauren Domingue. Now that Morgan has won the Power of Veto, she’ll definitely be taking herself off of the chopping block, so Keanu will be forced to choose a replacement nominee.

Big Brother 27 Week 8 HOH Keanu Soto Must Choose His Replacement Nominee Carefully

Keanu Has So Few Options

Keanu doesn’t have many options for a replacement nominee, so he’ll most likely put Ashley on the chopping block. He told Ava Pearl that he wouldn’t nominate her, which was interesting because he was thinking about possibly using her as a replacement nominee earlier in the week. Keanu isn’t going to nominate his allies, Kelley and Lauren, and most likely wouldn’t target Will Williams, so his only other options would be Rachel and Ashley.

Keanu has a lot to consider as HOH because it’s the final week before Jury begins. He has to think not only about who he wants to stay in the house, but who he wants to keep off of the Jury. This could cause him to change his mind again and target Rachel, which he tried to get Vince to do when he was HOH last week. However, after the Power of Veto competition, he told Rachel again that he wouldn’t nominate her for eviction.

Keanu Will Be Eliminating A Major Player No Matter What Happens

Keanu’s HOH Will Be A Success

Whether one of Keanu’s original nominees, Mickey or Vince, or the replacement nominee–Ashley, Ava, or Rachel–goes home, his HOH will be a success because they’re all major players. It’s going to be interesting to see who the Big Brother 27 houseguests see as the biggest threat. It’s possible that they’ll want to eliminate Ashley to weaken Rachel, but Vince and Mickey will also be tempting options.

It’s hard to imagine a scenario in which Ava would go home at this point against the other nominees, but the Big Brother 27 house has been very unpredictable all season. Whatever happens next, Keanu has the opportunity to make a big move, and he should take full advantage of his HOH reign.
