A random photo shows a man at the DMV holding a baby. The man doesn’t know the child, they are strangers. The baby’s parents were sitting next to the man, and when the baby started feeling fussy, it crawled into his lap.
The man had just moved from one state to another, a year after his brother was killed. The baby was born on the same day his brother passed away. The moment was so emotional, it brought everyone to tears.
