Four-year-old Noah was found trapped in a welded cage in Yerevan’s Silikyan district, Armenia. He had been confined in darkness with no proper place to rest due to floors contaminated with waste and ice. His paws were raw and bloody.

International Animal Rescue (IAR) and the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) finally rescued Noah after enduring years of severe neglect, injury, and psychological trauma.

After his rescue, the bear slept for seven straight days – likely his first real rest in years. He’s now receiving intensive care at FPWC’s Wildlife Rescue Centre.
