On a more emotional note, Boogie Woogie revealed a clue that he’d lost his mother. Andy’s mother, Kathryn Willoughby Grammer, passed away in 2009.

Eagle-Eyed Fans Know Who Boogie Woogie Is

Boogie Woogie’s performance of the X Ambassador’s smash hit is a chance for him to show off his vocal stylings. It’s also a reason many think that Boogie Woogie is Andy, since their voices and vocal tones sound similar. Like the above-referenced YouTube commenter said, Boogie Woogie’s falsetto is very reminiscent of Andy’s.

The X Ambassadors song that Boogie Woogie sang in the sneak preview is from 2015, which is around the same time that Andy’s biggest hit, “Honey, I’m Good,” was released. The producers could be trying to draw a correlation between X Ambassadors and Andy, since they were both very successful in the mid-2010s. With The Masked Singer‘s finale approaching, whatever the significance of the song, Boogie Woogie’s performance is an even bigger clue that Andy is underneath the mask.
