I was driving this morning when I saw a little fluff ball by the side of the road. He was alone, shivering, completely lost. I slowed down, got out of the car, and he looked at me with eyes full of confusion and fear. I kneeled slowly, careful not to startle him. He took a few hesitant steps, then placed his paws on me and buried his head into my coat — like he had finally found what he was looking for: warmth, safety, love.
Since that moment, he hasn’t left my side. He clings to me as if afraid I might disappear. And honestly… I could never let him go. I take him everywhere now, and I’ve promised to give him a life filled with love. Today, he’s no longer a stray puppy — he’s my little shadow, my friend.
