Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is facing multiple charges in the Philippines and will not be deported until the judicial process is complete
Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said the transfer to BJMP custody reflects the “gravity of his alleged offences.”
Zdorovetskiy requested temporary bail, promising not to flee and to stay in Metro Manila while the case proceeds
He also wrote a formal letter pledging to “voluntarily report to BI authorities” if a deportation order is issued
The Bureau denied his appeal
